Hilton Nanjing Niushoushan

The highlight was defo the staff. From the time we arrived, 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts, everyone was very friendly and trying their best to accommodate. The room was clean and spacious. The only minor issue was the AC in the room will not go down below 23, was a bit warm at night. Other than that, this is a nice place to have a relaxing few nights while in Nanjing. Please check out the Foding Temple, Palace and Pagoda.

Quite a nice hotel, but our experience at the pool was pretty lacking.

This is a hotel with no service. It is a waste of such new and good hardware. All the waiters have expressionless faces and never take the initiative to say hello. Especially the few people in the lobby bar. They only lower their heads and play with their mobile phones. Every time I go there, I don’t take the initiative to find them. They will never take the initiative to come to me. They make it look like I am serving them. It is unheard of. This is the first time I encounter this kind of service attitude. If you don’t want to do it, you can get delisted. What kind of Hilton or Hampton?
