Hilton Naples

We stayed in June for my dad’s birthday. The hotel’s staff helped us celebrate this special event with decorations, cake, balloons, and champagne. The attention to detail was amazing! The beach shuttle got us to and from the beach. Shula’s Steakhouse was great as well. If you want some relaxing quality time with your family, I highly recommend this hotel!

We chose Hilton Naples to spend some days and celebrate our toddler’s birthday and reunite with some family members, and it was the best decision. Beautiful lobby area, great front desk service, the housekeeping staff was also very friendly and polite, the beach shuttle service was great too, the cleanliness was on point and the pool/jacuzzi area was beautiful. I would love the pool’s temperature to be a little fresher given the summer-feeling super-high-temps outside. But to be honest we are already looking at our calendars to organize a new visit soon. Definitely a great option to stay in the area.

The receptionist who checked us in truly made a lasting impression. She was an absolutely delightful lady who carried herself with the confidence and expertise of a manager. When she noticed that my partner and I had been assigned a twin room, we asked if it might be possible to switch to a king. Without hesitation, she kindly asked, “Do you care about the view?” and when we replied that having a king bed was more important to us, she made it happen right away. No fuss, just thoughtful, efficient service. She made us laugh the whole time, and her professionalism was truly remarkable. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines warmth, humor, and such a high level of competence so effortlessly. This is exactly why we’ll continue returning to Hilton hotels. It’s not about the room or the lobby. it’s about the people and how they make you feel. Their warmth and genuine hospitality make all the difference. Thank you.
