Hilton Nashville Downtown

Great experience overall. The rooms were clean and the pillows were comfortable. Valet was quick and professional. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel. The only complaint that me & my wife have would be the bed situation. We were supposed to have a king size bed, but ended up with a double bed suite.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend gateway here. The staffs were friendly, and kudos for the valet department. They were awesome since we have to take our car in and out🙌. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location was very convenient to EVERYTHING. We were able to walk around and see pretty much most of the things in our list. The only reason I only gave this a 4 star is because of their executive lounge. For a great location and high price hotel, this is by far the most disappointing executive lounge we've been to as diamond members for years😔.

This is a conference hotel and it shows. I can't recommend this hotel. For $400 per a night, the room is should be better maintained. I have attached photos. I am very disappointed in the quality and maintenance of the furniture and wood. I did request additional pillowcases because out of 8 pillowcases only 2 were stain free. Also, don't waste your money on the "sought-after" parkview. Upon checking out , I asked to speak with a manager but was told that no manager was currently working. As for location, it is great. Everything thing else is below par. I was told by hotel staff that management is aware of the dilapidated condition of the room furniture and wood. This is a common complaint by guests.
