Room was clean and spacious. Staff is very nice and friendly. The Hilton vacation rep, Hana T. was SUPERB!! She was very personable and professional and gave me an honest presentation of some getaway packages. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. 😊
I was here on a business trip and it was stunning. Very charming and great walking distance from many places. Also there are river views which stole the whole show. The mall is connected to the Hotel which was beyond me(amazing). The service was really awesome. I requested towels and got them! That’s the best part! Also the express check out makes it easier and the employees are very nice. Booking here is worth the buy!
I do not have ONE bad thing to say about this place. Not ONE. I would stay here every time, no arguments. Cleanest hotel I have ever visited. Tons to do on property. The guy's working in the Public Belt were super friendly bartenders that were a delight to interact with. The views were breathtaking. I was enamored and will be back.
