We were passing through New Orleans and stayed here one night. Hotel is clean and quiet. Water pressure and temperature was probably the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Breakfast was hot. They actually have a parking lot with self-parking, which is reasonably priced. I also like that the location is far enough from the noise and party scene, but you are literally steps from the trolley. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again.
Our stay at the Hilton in New Orleans was AMAZING!! We were lucky and received an upgrade which was awesome. My son definitely had an amazing time in the suite. The whole staff was amazing and helped us out so much! Breakfast was totally on point!! We do hotel/travel reviews on our YouTube channel (@brookeestes1805). NO COMPLAINTS at all for the Hilton on st. Charles !! My only problem was that I do travel with my 3 year and he completely had me distracted from getting cash to tip :( .... I feel so bad for that because they 100% deserved tips. Thank you to the WHOLE staff at Hilton, we loved and appreciated our stay !
This is a hidden gem! My wife & really enjoyed this hotel! The staff is very friendly & accommodating to any needs you may have! It is a short walk to Bourbon Street & far enough away if you are not into the hoopla of it all.
