We had an absolutely delightful stay here for 2 days! All the staff were so lovely and as Gold members we were treated like royalty...free welcome drinks, free snacks, free ice cream for our daughter! We had a king premium room which was wonderful. The bathroom is a bit strange but otherwise the room was fantastic. The location is beautiful in nature but you do need a rental car to fully enjoy beautiful Niseko! I can't wait to come stay again!
I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Niseko, and I want to especially thank two amazing staff members — Miss Aiyumi and Miss Song. Miss Aiyumi kindly recommended the local Japanese fireworks festival, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience and a true highlight of my trip. Miss Song was incredibly helpful in guiding me to local attractions and clearly explaining how to check the bus schedules around Niseko, making it so easy to explore the area. All of the staff at the hotel were kind, warm-hearted, and made me feel truly welcome. Their hospitality made my stay extra special. I can’t wait to come back!
I recently stayed at the Hilton Niseko Village for four nights, and I feel compelled to write this review primarily because of the exceptional kindness and assistance provided by the staff. I want to extend a special thanks to (Winter),who was instrumental in helping me book a whiskey tasting and provided clear directions for the train. However, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The dining options for dinner are noticeably limited, and the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, are outdated and do not meet the standards of a four-star hotel. Additionally, there isn't much to do during the summer, making the experience less enjoyable. Overall, improvements are necessary for this hotel to truly deliver on its promised quality.
