One of the most welcoming and gorgeous places we've ever stayed. The shuttle bus to and from Nebukawa station ran frequently and precisely on time. Wonderful experience. The food is amazing as well. We ate dinner in the restaurant, had the huge and varied, top notch breakfast buffet each morning and also ordered room service on the nights we didn't feel like leaving the room after a day of exploring surrounding areas . Pools and facilities were abundant and clean, friendly, enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend this spot.
The resort provides free shuttle services to the stations. Generally nice experience. The room is very quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet provides plenty options and very good food. The hot springs and swimming pool are free for the hotel guests and are pretty good. But the sport facilities with extra charge are somewhat a surprise.
I visited this hotel to use their pools one hot summer's day and it was pleasant enough. If you buy tickets to the pool at the door, you'll pay a rather hefty 5000yen, so I suggest buying them online beforehand for a nice discount( You don't have to select when you want to use them). The pools were quite spacious and they have various jet things for massage pools. A rather interesting whirlpool er, pool and random buttons in the pools for pressing and surprise fountains! It was rather funny to see people inundated from above after some random customer hit the fountain button. Most of the pools are indoors but there is one outdoors. All pools appear to be heated. You can use floating devices and tubes as long as they are under a metre in size. They also have rentals available. If you want to use the lap pool you'll need a swimming cap which can also be rented. During the week day I went there weren't all that many people there but I can imagine it could get rather busy on the weekends. They have tables and recliners available for use, however I found that people were 'reserving' them by leaving their towels on them. However in the 3 hours that I was there I never saw who the owner of that towel was as they never seemed to use the recliner. Many of the recliners were in this situation. I would ask the hotel to create a policy dissuading this activity. I would've liked to use a recliner, but couldn't as they were either occupied or in this state of maybe being used, maybe not... There are places to hold your towel along the wall, so it is not a necessary action to keep your towel dry. Had I been able to use one of the apparently claimed but not being used recliners, I would've had a much better time as when I was out of the pool. There were few places to sit. They had lockers in the change room and it seemed pretty secure. The change room is pretty big, so it can be difficult to work out where you are meant to go to get to the pool. The staff seemed friendly and nice enough as well as vigilantly looking over the pools.
