I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this resort. The service is great, everyone smiles and acknowledges you wherever you go. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I wish we stayed longer! You can see the status of laundry machines from the comfort of your room on the TV. We had the breakfast package, so we went and had delicious breakfast every morning. However they only slightly alter the food between two days and by the third morning we were having exact same things. The only downside was the construction beside the hotel and our room was the very end room. So we were able to hear the noise when we got closer to the balcony even with the doors closed. However, it was not a deal breaker.

My partner and I had an amazing two-night stay here. From check-in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and had a great view. We also really enjoyed the evening drinks at the executive lounge and the breakfast was tasty too. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Miyako Island!

This is an absolutely beautiful property! It is far from cheap but you get what you pay for in terms of quality, beauty (both natural and architectural/design), and location. Every team member we interacted with was extremely helpful and patient, even in dealing with our very limited language skills (i.e. knowing about 5 phrases in Japanese and relying on English). Everything about an experience at this location is better and easier if you are comfortable asking for guidance, assistance, recommendations, etc. The location, right off of Sunset Beach and a small harbor, is excellent for natural beauty, ocean access, and walkability. The hotel is about 15 minutes walking from any dining and shopping options, so renting bicycles, which Hilton offers, or being willing to invest in cabs would be worth it for any travel uninterested in walking. I am sure this somewhat "remote" location influenced the relatively high prices for food & drinks at the hotel. They are not unreasonable but you can find far better value for your money if you are willing to venture off the resort property for food and beverages. Overall, the incredible views, natural beauty, and excellent service experienced at this property stood out above all else. I highly recommend renting bicycles and kayaks from the hotel or local vendors to see as much of the island and its surrounding waters as possible.
