Had a great, week-long stay. My room was comfortable, the room service was tasty, and the location was perfect for our convention/getting to Old Market. Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus! A special S/O to James at the bar, who took exceptional care of me throughout the week when I visited. Go see him! A pleasant experience overall.
Karla and Jaiden were great getting us checked in and followed up to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The best sleep I had in months.
I had a great experience thanks to the front desk staff, especially Raneisha. They were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and they took the time to answer my questions and offer a few local tips. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and great service after a long day of travel. Really appreciated their professionalism and friendly attitude!
