Our room was spacious and included a sitting area and desk area. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy but we got used to it. The staff is what makes this hotel 5 stars. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Elvira in the restaurant and to Maykala at the front desk. They provided outstanding customer service!
We stayed at this Hilton hoping for a comfortable and high-standard experience, but it was a big letdown. The room felt very old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it hard to rest. The bathroom fan was also noisy and quite annoying. On top of that, the windows did a poor job of blocking out traffic noise from the street. The beds were worn out, too soft, and uncomfortable to sleep on. We specifically chose Hilton expecting a certain level of quality, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. Definitely not what you’d expect from the Hilton brand. Would not stay here again unless major renovations are made.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel. The hotel is old and outdated. There were several large event groups in the hotel during my stay and of all things two of the three elevators were out of service. This made it extremely difficult to get into an elevator and as a result, we were late to our wedding event ! Due to the elevator outage, we had to walk down 8 flights of stairs when we were unable to get in an elevator after waiting 20 minutes. This is highly unacceptable. When I spoke with he front desk the response was “we called a technician and they got them fixed “ -again not a very customer service type answer. On top of that, we were told that since we had special wedding party rate , they would not provide any credit to our bill but offered “some Hilton points”. Again not acceptable, especially since I will most likely. Not stay in a Hilton Hotel again. Now to the rooms - the AC was loud and made it difficult to sleep, hot water was non existent, at least in my room, and cold showers are not my idea of relaxation. Also, no complimentary water - there was water in the room, but for charge of $3 per bottle. There was complimentary coffee but only 2 creamers and 3 sugars for 6 coffee pods ! Overall a very disappointing experience
