Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Great exercise room. Very helpful staff. Parking is easy and great valet services. Easy access to river walk via elevator. Only negative was there is no pool but I don’t normally use the pool anyway.

We have stayed here many times and overall it’s a fantastic hotel! The service is good! With some individuals coming across as they don’t enjoy their jobs. The rooms are nice, but you can tell deep cleans are not common as there is dust and dirt in corners and under the beds. For the cost of staying it feels as if they would preform deeper cleanings of the rooms. The views from the rooms facing the river walk are really nice! And easy access to the river walk, and many various restaurants and bars within walking distance!

Staff was amazing from the front desk to housekeeping. Room was clean. Valet parking is expensive at $55. You have no choice on that. Two elevators were not working and it created a logjam taking up to 15 minutes. One of the housekeepers recognized this and allowed my family to use the service elevator for which we were very grateful for. That though-elevator issue-was short lived and later that evening they were working. I would not recommend paying the extra $35 for the riverwalk view. In summary if you are interested in a room on the river that is clean and excellent staff to assist, then stay here.
