After 10 years, I had the chance to stay here again. The location is excellent—just one stop away from the Arc de Triomphe, with both the RER and most metro lines passing through. The staff are very helpful, and although the rooms are old, they definitely maintain Hilton standards. If I come to Paris again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.
Super fancy hotel, inside a fancy Mall. Ideal location, connected to the Mall and metro station. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is very delicious and includes a high variety of fresh items. Big shout out to Aurelien who assists at the daily Breakfast, for his kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend the hotel.
I stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. My room was not cleaned for the last three days, (nothing was done not even making and organizing the bed) despite me complaining to the front desk every single day. I expected basic housekeeping to be addressed promptly, but nothing was done except they came and removed the trash after my complaint. This really affected my stay and ruined our experience despite us being committed Hilton customers.
