Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. The room was far from clean — there was visible sauce on the nightstands, and the entire space had a musty odor that never went away. The shower wouldn't drain properly, leaving several inches of standing water, and stepping out of it somehow left my feet dirtier than before. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work at all. The room was unbearably hot, like a sauna, and I couldn’t even use the provided blankets without breaking into a sweat. Comfort was completely out of the question. The one bright spot was the staff at the bar in the lobby — they were friendly and provided good service. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I usually trust Hilton properties for consistent quality and a comfortable stay, but this particular location completely missed the mark. I would not recommend staying here for vacation or business travel. Instead of providing a relaxing place to rest, this hotel only added stress and discomfort. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

I've never been to a hotel that offered nothing complimentary and in fact made you pay more than you bargained for. Upon arriving they required us to pay for parking which I've never had to do for a hotel! It cost us $70 for just a weekend stay! On top of all that there is no complimentary breakfast. I could go somewhere way cheaper for better service.

I could not get out of this hotel quickly enough. The vents were filled with what looked to be years worth of dust. The AC did not work (except a couple of hours in the late morning). Showers didn’t drain. Our room was incredibly hot and humid. We did not have a working key until 1030pm the first day. The front desk’s solution was to call housekeeping every time we needed in our room. Our superior king was missing amenities that were advertised. We were a part of a large party and out of all of our group, we may have had the best experience and it was still only 1/5 stars. Absolutely appalled at the way some of our friends are being treated. Hilton, you need to reconsider management at this location.
