We were here for 3.5 weeks this summer and had an incredible time! The staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and all around outstanding! Chris was the best helping with our bags, experience, and loving on our pups! Donnie went above and beyond, along with Ms. Shirley, Michelle, Leanne, Olivia, and KC, every day at breakfast and lunch! They’d remember our orders down to what kind of hot sauce we liked and we had so much fun getting to know them! Jocelyn was a great help with our rooming adjustments. Food was all amazing. By far one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! Come stay and definitely add the Breakfast Included before you come - you won’t regret it!! We’ll miss it and hoping to be back very soon!
Short getaway before the end of summer. Hotel is way overpriced for what you get. You’re paying for location. In room phone didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work, refrigerator leaked water all over. Faucet in the bathroom didn’t work on hot water. Lighting in bathroom was dim. And shower light went out after the first day. If you like room service there aren’t many options. Would not stay at this property again for that amount of money.
Holiday Inn next-door is much cleaner, much friendlier and provides better customer service/room service. The suites are also bigger at Holiday Inn and a little cheaper. Not to mention the pool is better and along with children’s activities. My room was filthy and the showers had mold. The soap and shampoo containers were empty if they were even present. I had to ask the front desk daily for toilet paper because getting room service was next to impossible. When room service did come they didn’t refill the toilet paper or the Kleenex or speak English so I still was left going downstairs for towels and more. Family suites are run down and there’s just too much traffic due to it having a conference center. I won’t even discuss the filth in the fitness center. When I addressed my issues with management, they seemed to care at first, but just made a bunch of empty promises and never responded when I addressed the situation a second time. Unfortunately we usually visit here every year, but this will be our last.
