Hilton Phoenix Airport

Had a bad flight experience and ended up needing to unexpectedly get a hotel late at night. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and Brigid was especially helpful setting up our reservation. Shuttle to and from airport was on time and clean, and the room and amenities were top notch.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my stay at the Phoenix Hilton Airport Hotel. The hotel was incredibly clean and just minutes from the airport—super convenient! I’ve stayed there twice now and loved every minute of it. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. I somehow lost my passport at the hotel, and the amazing staff, along with the manager, went above and beyond to help me find it and promptly return it to me. I was so relieved and impressed by their quick action and kindness. Even during the busy spring training season, the hotel maintained excellent service and comfort. An amazing place to stay—I highly recommend it!

Very nice property and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and good for old people with bad backs. Downside was the AC. Despite turning the AC cooler and turning the fan on high, there was no change in temperature and fan speed. My kids had the adjacent room and the same experience. I'm guessing it is a cost and energy saving setting that cannot be changed at the thermostat- I've had this experience at other AZ hotel properties. 72 -75 degrees is too warm for me to sleep.
