Hilton Prague Atrium

Hilton Prague was a wonderful hotel. The lobby is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are very modern. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised during my entire stay. The executive lounge was where I spent a majority of my stay, and it was well worth it. I chose to have my breakfast in the executive lounge and it was so quiet and peaceful. The happy hour was also nice. There was always a salad and warm food option, which was nice. Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel itself puts you in walking distance of most grocery stores and attractions. There's also a decent restaurant and bar in the hotel, which I spent a lot of time at. The prices are fair, especially for the drinks. The Sky Bar was more high end, but the drinks were luxurious. The breakfast area on the ground floor had a lot of variety and good quality choices to pick from. After my stay in the Hilton Prague, Hilton hotels will be my go to choice for vacations. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Prague! The service was exceptional, and the hotel truly lives up to its reputation. A special thank you goes to Christian, the executive receptionist, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a big difference in our experience. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If I may offer one small piece of feedback: while the younger staff members were kind and helpful, a bit more finesse in their communication and service would elevate the overall guest experience to match the high standards set by the rest of the team. BIG hotel! Very well kept. Our room was comfortable. Things worked a bit different than in the US - but that is what make travel interesting. WIFI and TV were good and I could connect to my content without hassle. The included buffet breakfast was outstanding! Wide variety of standard items and local items all nicely presented and labeled. The staff was very helpful. The only thing odd was the very small isolated toilet room that had no towels or place for towels to dry your hands even though there was a small sink in the room. I would stay here again
