Such a fabulous hotel. Jess especially makes wonderful Cocktails and she has a delightful guest rapport. Well worthy of a special commendation. The pool area was so clean and warm. The room was upgraded and very comfortable. Thank you again. Always a pleasure. A special thank you to Jess.

A lovely stay. Well maintained and comfortable hotel. The room is very well thought through. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Charging docking station by the bed, reading lamps, fridge and retractable washing line over the bath! The heated bathroom mirror and strategically placed lighting is perfect for applying makeup. The bed is very large with good quality bedding. The climate control is effective. Used the main function room for a conference and the meeting rooms for breakout group activities. The catering was very good and the service excellent. Adequate underground parking and conveniently located.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with smiles of friendly staff. The atmosphere was great, peaceful, calm and friendly. The communal areas, lifts, corridors, bar, foyer etc were spotless. The room was a great size with the travel cot provided by the hotel...lifesavers. The friendliness of the staff was out of this world! You were all extremely helpful and pleasant to us during our stay. We cannot thank you all enough.
