I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world but this one really stood out. From the moment I arrived everything was just perfect. The staff, the food, the comfort of the room, everything was amazing. A very special thank you to Karissa. She’s truly one of a kind, incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. She made my experience extra special and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she really cares and that makes such a big difference. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back♥️♥️

Special thanks to the staff Mona & Indi by two receptionists who demonstrated commendable professionalism and hospitality. They were consistently courteous, attentive, and helpful in addressing all inquiries with a warm demeanor. Their communication skills were strong, and they handled check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Both individuals maintained a neat appearance and created a friendly atmosphere that contributed positively to the overall guest experience. While there's always room for continued growth, their performance was consistently impressive and reflected a very good level of service.
