The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly welcoming to all guests. They were very attentive, especially during breakfast and dinner—always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciated their hospitality and kindness. Special mention to Ms. Beverly and Ms. Michelle, my fellow Filipinos, for warmly assisting us during our stay. It was such a joy to see familiar faces and feel understood. Also, thank you to my friends who made this experience even more memorable. I give this hotel a solid 5 stars! Thank you so much for the amazing experience.

Staying here on a work visit. Completed one week out of two. Stay / rooms - just an extremely comfortable stay - with excellent support from staff. Almost inconspicously everything is well arranged and in place. High standards of cleanliness and comfort. Food / restaurant - Definitely a highlight o this stay! Our experience with breakfast and dinners has been exceptional. Quality of food and variations through the week keep it interesting. The fresh produce (including juices, fruits, salads etc - exceptional). The staff at the restaurant as an exceptional bunch. From table service to the chefs and supervisors - all very eager to serve and improve your experience. As an exceptional gesture they even volunteered to serve a small dinner outside he buffet - "what we would like". Again very tastefully done and clearly going above and beyond. Happy to have chosen this hotel.

During breakfast, Mahbab was incredibly helpful. He was also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and remembering our orders in the morning. He always asked if there was anything else he could do to make us feel more comfortable And during dinner, Alvin was very kind. He served us warmly and prepared the food really well
