An absolute gem – one of my best Hilton experiences My stay at Hilton Saigon was truly exceptional and easily ranks among my best experiences with the Hilton brand. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a great impression – incredibly friendly, professional, and fluent in English. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Breakfast is an absolute delight. The selection is vast, everything is fresh and delicious. A special highlight: the chef prepares custom specialties on request, such as tender beef with a perfectly fried egg. Fresh fruit juices are available in abundance. The room was spotless and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. Everything felt high-quality and well thought-out. The Executive Lounge is another major plus. It offers an extensive buffet in a calm, elegant atmosphere, with top-notch service – definitely worth the upgrade. In short: Hilton Saigon exceeded all my expectations. A top-tier hotel where hospitality, comfort, and quality truly shine. I will definitely be returning!

We were staying in an Executive level room only for 3 nights Beautiful Hotel with an amazing location, the room is extremely comfortable and view from room 3609 is a wow view. Swimming pool is very nice and much needed in the heat of Ho Chi Minh. The executive lounge was comfortable and the quality of the snacks etc was excellent and staff very friendly. Breakfast, we had breakfast in the executive lounge and it was really good.

Modern, Tech-Savvy Hotel in District 1 – Great Location! Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh’s District 1, this hotel offers modern, well-designed spacious rooms with luxury washrooms featuring separate walk-in shower with builtin bench and toilet areas, separate bath tub, strong water pressure, and multiple electric outlets (no need for convertor adaptors). The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the rooms are cleaned well and always tidy. Though the pool is small, the poolside snacks like grilled salmon, pizza, and fries are delicious. The hotel is technologically advanced, with button-controlled lighting, “Do Not Disturb” and cleaning indicators. You’ll find Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and one of the best shisha lounges just a 2–3 minute walk away. Complimentary bottled water is provided daily. Nguyen Hue Walking Street—packed with restaurants, malls, clubs, entertainment, and high-end shopping—is all within walking distance. Perfect for both leisure and convenience.
