This is one of my favorite Hilton Hotels. Rooms are always nice and clean, staff is professional and polite, breakfast is fresh and delicious, executive lounge is big and feels executive, there is always parking available and the pool with the spa is relaxing and tranquil. Definitely deserves 5 stars in my humble opinion.
The hotel is fantastic, with a lovely spa and swimming pool. However, it may not be the ideal spot for a vacation, as it’s located quite a distance from the city center, but it 10 min drive from the Pulkovo Int.Airport. The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant staff are polite and friendly. A special shoutout to Abubakr for providing outstanding service!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
My experience ; - Rooms, Very clean, Spacious, full of amenities and nice decorations and absolutely relaxing bed. - Service, People who work here ( all of them ) are super nice and lovely !! Especially the receptionist and the Restaurant employees in breakfast ( The Sudanese girl, Abo Bakar and the Tunisian Hammadi ) . They were absolutely the best ! So professional, and they made our breakfast experience way much better. We appreciate the attention to details and the hospitality they showed us. Other than that, I like the employees here, they are super nice ! Everyone is professional. I love it. - Location; 5 stars if you want to be next to the airport with a free shuttle bus. 3 stars if you want to be in the Downtown, because it's far away from the centre. So totally, I give 4 stars for the Location
