Stayed here during Pride weekend for one night and they were THE BEST! They provide free parking for Hilton members which was so convenient and they were so nice to extend my checkout time for free by one hour. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious it has eggs, bacon, oatmeal an omelet station and yogurt. I had 3 big plates and some orange juice. The front desk staff was probably the highlight for being so nice and providing so much help during my stay which included extra towels and providing some information about Pride. There was an older gentleman with glasses and grey curly hair that was helpful, a blonde woman named Irene, (I think) and another man named "Sincere"

First, the good. The staff are all extremely friendly and nice, and are so good with kids. They had a little basket of toys for my toddler to choose from when we arrived and were quick to help when we needed toiletries or directions. The amenities are nice, and while the rooms could probably use a bit of a face lift, everything was clean and well taken care of each day. My only complaints are with the breakfast and our room when we stayed. Firstly, their breakfast buffet is $29 for adults, which is criminal considering it’s not that much different from what you’d see at any other Hilton. You’re better off visiting a restaurant nearby (which luckily, there are plenty). Secondly, the A/C in our room was not working well, which we brought up on our first night. Someone came and took a look at it within an hour, but weren’t able to fix the issue. So, they gave us a fan. That was all. No additional look at how they could fix it, no offer to find a room with a working unit, or any other resolution. Luckily it was KIND OF working, so it was bearable, but for a 5-night stay I would have hoped for better. Overall, the hotel is nice enough for the price, and the staff are extremely friendly.

Review: Hilton Salt Lake City Center The Hilton Salt Lake City Center has a prime downtown location, making it convenient for exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of the standout features was the efficiency of the elevators—quick and rarely crowded, which made getting around the hotel easy. However, parking was a downside. It’s on the expensive side, especially if you need in-and-out privileges. We opted for overnight parking with in-and-out access, which added to the cost but was necessary given our plans. The rooms themselves could use some updates. While clean, the decor and furnishings felt dated compared to other Hilton properties. During our stay, we also encountered some less-than-welcoming behavior from other guests, which was disappointing. Regardless, we remained courteous and focused on enjoying our time in the city. Overall, this Hilton offers solid convenience thanks to its location, but improvements to guest experience and room quality would enhance the stay.
