Lizabeth went above and beyond to make our dining experience excellent. She made recommendations of the campfire with fruit that was perfect for our 2 small minions to share without waste or over spending. She made sure our coffee was hot. The chocolate milk with chocolate drizzle was always full. She made us laugh that her daughter Hilary was the cause of the chocolate drizzle. 🤣 Giving the kids a grown up feel even though she took away their "wine glasses*. It was such a fun and interactive experience. We can't wait to see her tomorrow!

Overall the hotel is ok “if” you plan on visiting Sea World. Hotel has a van that takes you and picks you up which is convenient. Overall security we question being every night we had a different menu under our door. What is the staff doing? A few of our issues,The main swimming pool is very dirty and for 5 days it didn’t appear that anyone cleans it! The bar staff and front disk staff appear disinterested in helping paying customers. This happened to us and witnessed others being treated the same way A positive was Fernando. He was very helpful the three times we had questions and concerns. Of all the people, he needs to be recognized being he is an asset to your team.

Definitely not impressed and we still have two more night to stay. First off, there is no complimentary breakfast. For the price you are paying for the rooms it’s mind boggling that there isn’t something. Even a grab bag. They do give you a $10 food credit to use in their restaurant. It is NOT to be used in their market type pantry. $10 isn’t really much when the menu is pretty pricey. Also, if you do not use the $10 credit that day, it does not roll over. Also, the hidden fees were crazy to me. $22 a night plus tax for parking. Now to the rooms. For the price we had paid for our room was a little disappointing. There was a nasty odor in the hallway but thankfully the rooms didn’t smell like it. Someone had left a pair of boots in our room as well that housekeeping didn’t see so we had to take those down to the front desk. The bedspread is definitely not soft by any means and is very thin. If you get cold easily like I do, I would definitely suggest bringing your own blanket. I had called and asked the front desk if they had any extra blankets. I was told “hang on and I’ll see if we have any in the back” he came back on the line to let me know he does and I can come down to grab it. I will say this blanket was the dingiest, oldest, scruffiest blanket I have ever seen in my life. I didn’t wind up using it. The towels also are not soft. I will say the hotel staff is friendly and the outside area is cool. We don’t go on vacations often so this is a special treat for our family so just a little disappointing in the rooms.
