Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront

The reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because even though I experienced a few issues, their staff addressed my concerns immediately and they followed through. The room was pretty nice overall and for the price during one of the busiest weekends around the bay with immediate availability was great. The only downside was a leaky faucet for the bath which was negligible for a short stay. The drinks from the bar were nice and strong, was the expected price (and I did use my food credit towards it) The breakfast was really good though this is where I had an issue. Another patron was hassling the staff to the point where you could tell they were frazzled. They still handled the patron professionally and patiently. There was a minor issue with our being billed (was supposed to be a comped breakfast based on Honors status). The hotel staff addressed all matters/issues in a patient and quick manner. I would recommend staying with them purely based on service.

Had to stay in SF after missed connection flight and was put up here. Very friendly staff and very accommodating for our circumstances. Allowed us late check out and we used food vouches in restaurant which was very nice and affordable. Close to a beautiful walk along the sea and free shuttle to airport. Could not fault them and happy to stay and pay myself next time

The room quality was disappointing, needed a second cleaning in the restroom before it could be used. Coffee was very good. When I asked for more service was good. Excellent views, enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Nice. My thoughts for the rooms are when did the Hilton turn into the Best Western. If the room is going to look and smell like one and even have a loud rattling AC. I might as well be in one. The cute shampoo and conditioner dispensers did not make up for poor maintenance and housekeeping.
