We held our event here last year and the staff were truly outstanding. From start to finish, they were attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. The venue is modern, well located, and perfect for hosting guests. If you’re planning an event in San José, this is a team you can count on.
Out of this world views! Only wish they had an airport shuttle, but a 10 minute drive from the airport (not during rush hour). Insane pool, the hot tub wasn’t working but the pool is warm enough to hang out in. Delicious cocktails, inviting staff, everything you could want to start off a dream vacation! Good food around too.
This hotel to start with has well designed rooms. They’re modern, well appointed and comfortable. As a diamond member we were upgraded to a higher floor and the view we had was excellent. We were left disappointed by the service. Breakfast on the first day was very decent with a good spread, attentive service and the food was very fresh. On the second day when we arrived at breakfast we were told as it was Father’s Day all of the tables inside had been reserved. We were asked to sit outside or share a table of 10. Unfortunately as there were only 2 tables outside and we didn’t want to share a table we had to take our food to our room to eat. This was quite disappointing as we weren’t told any never told any of this on arrival as maybe we could have come down earlier or booked a table. The tables when we arrived were all empty anyway but we weren’t even given the option to sit for 30 minutes or so while we ate. I also think in a large hotel the restaurant should be prioritised for guests especially for breakfast. The fact that guests were essentially limited to 3 tables, one of which they were expected to share with others is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, let alone a Hilton. Apart from this incident the staff were friendly and decent. The valet parking was very affordable and we would have enjoyed our stay had it not been for this lapse in service.
