Hilton Sanqingshan Resort

Great experience! Booked for parents for road trip. They went above and beyond to help us for a problem with our car, the manager sent their driver to check out the car. Although the driver is not a mechanic, he checked everything he can and gave further information to help us finally get the car repaired and fixed. Extremely clean room, super friendly staff. They are very considerate of us, we enjoyed our all you can eat breakfast. We are very satisfied with their service! Would definitely come again!

The only good thing about the hotel is the beautiful location and Hilton standard rooms overlooking the cliff. Ropeway is 5 mins walk from the hotel, lovely place to hike. The service is pathetic. The AC was not working and even the technician came twice at night, he couldn't fix the AC. Only after I asked for a room replacement, was the AC fixed next day. The room service came to clean the rooms but didn't take the used towels and didn't wash the cup/plates. I had to call him again to do this. The trash can was emptied but still there was trash lying around. The bed was made but looked messy. Room service menu is showing on TV but when we scan the QR code, 75% items are not available. I mean I can go on and on. I have never experienced such service in any of the Hilton hotels.

Nice location. If you're lucky to get a room with balcony you also have the benefit of fresh air in your room. But the staff is not up to Hilton standard. Front desk staff doesn't speak English; F&B can't cope with a larger group coming in at the same time and some of the staff is outright unfriendly. It's probably the best choice in the area but still, I'd expect more from this brand name.
