Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder

Our stay was so enjoyable! This property is gorgeous inside and out! The architecture, the beautiful Native American art throughout! The lobby is gorgeous, it seemed wasted in a way. I think there should be some live entertainment or something in the lobby/bar area, especially since there is none in the casino. Be prepared to walk a lot! If you have mobility issues a scooter would definitely be helpful. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool area is very nice however, the pool temp is too cold, we were told it’s always at 75 degrees, that’s just to cool to comfortably swim. It’s just a short drive into the downtown/arts district which is great. We will definitely stay again as we love Santa Fe!

The room is generally nicely decorated and clean, the wall paper is loosening at the seems. The hallway carpet is worn in areas. Outdoor pool is small for a resort this size, Jacuzzi is nice. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are underwhelming. Indian art in the hotel lobby and casino area is impressive. Good classic rock music playing in all public areas

Very bad experience. Room looks big and nice but be careful with bed bugs. Only been in the room a hour, I got bitten on the couch. We had to leave in the middle of the night. Went to front desk but no manager came out to give explanation or apology. Seems it is normal to them.
