My mother and I as a Gold Member, had an amazing stay at the Hilton Santa Marta. From check-in to check-out, the staff treated us with warmth and care, making us feel truly welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Andrea, who made every breakfast experience special. She's always attentive, kind, and ensures every guest is happy and well taken care of—her energy and dedication are simply remarkable. We also had access to the Tayrona Lounge, which was exceptional—a quiet and peaceful space to relax. The food was awesome, and Anderson made the experience even better. He was extremely helpful, always attentive to the smallest details, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We were truly sad we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to him, but we’re definitely considering coming back! The entire staff was helpful throughout our stay, and we felt very safe and well looked after. I also recommend booking tours directly through the hotel as a safety measure—it’s convenient and provides peace of mind. Overall, this was a memorable and special experience for both of us. The hotel’s prime beachfront location, just a short drive from Simón Bolívar International Airport, is both convenient and picturesque. The property boasts two rooftop pools, each offering unique vistas. The uppermost pool provides an unparalleled view of the sunset, creating a serene ambiance that’s perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the availability of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach made my seaside experience truly delightful. The culinary offerings were exceptional. Both the restaurant and club lounge staff were attentive and ensured that every meal was a memorable one. The seamless communication with the team, facilitated through the Hilton app, made arrangements effortless, from booking a driver prior to my arrival to addressing any inquiries during my stay. My friends and I stayed here this weekend and the service was impeccable, for someone learning Spanish I was super appreciative of most of the staff being bi lingual it made me feel welcome! The food was great, the service excellent, the rooms were very good, I would only wish the AC could go a couple degrees cooler but it was fine. The views are great and the common areas well maintained and comfortable. I will definitely stay here when I return!
