Hilton Santa Monica Hotel & Suites

5/5 experience at the Hilton Santa Monica! I’m a team member and have a gold status so staying at hilton properties is something i’m very acquainted with. I’ve never had a bad experience at any but THIS hotel exceeded my expectations beyond imagination! From checking in and being greeted by smiling faces and great attitudes, to being taken care of by one gentleman at the front desk (it bothers me that I don’t remember his name but he looked to be in his 20s, brown skin, nice curly afro!). He not only thanked me for being a gold member, but he also decided to upgrade my basic King room to a King suite with a balcony, which was absolutely gorgeous and I couldn’t be more greatful. I’ve never had this experience before or been rewarded at any hilton property so it felt amazing and made me want to stick with Hilton for life. The lobby and common area of this hotel is beautiful, with modern yet soft interior. The room was spacious, bathroom huge with wall in shower and the bed was comfortable as always. The location was PERFECT, short drive to santa monica pier, and 15 drive from airport and 20-30 drive to LA and surrounding areas. Restaurant inside property was also great, breakfast and dinner was 10/10, special shout out to the bartender samuel for also taking care of me and offering a great experience. I will make it a must to either try to stay here again or recommend to anyone I know coming to the area. Coming from Florida, getting off a long flight after an exstensive travel day, the staff welcomed me and made me feel right at home, wish I didn’t have to leave!

The Hilton Santa Monica completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—modern design, clean and inviting atmosphere, and a layout that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the Santa Monica Pier, the beach, and great dining spots. It’s the ideal base for exploring the area while still having a peaceful place to unwind. I have to highlight the incredible service from Joshua at check-in. He was warm, welcoming, and made the whole arrival process a breeze. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really set the tone for the rest of our stay. And let’s talk about the breakfast buffet—wow! Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. From eggs and pastries to fresh fruit and custom omelets, it was hands-down one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. This hotel gets everything right. Beautiful space, unbeatable location, and top-tier service. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Room was huge and nice (though lacked natural lighting). Great location. Parking was valet-only which was pretty inconvenient but they had EV charging available which was nice.
