The room is perfect—very cozy decor and equipped with all the comforts. There’s a spacious desk that I used a lot while working on my laptop. It has everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
Hotel is nicely located above a mall complex with easy access to restaurants, currency exchange, convenience stores and food court. Got an upgrade to the executive floor with a nice view of the bridge! The lobby is rather grand! Room is on the bigger size and bathroom is very clean, though the room probably needs some facelift. Overall, it’s a good stay!!
The stay at the hotel was slightly disappointing. Have stayed at the hilton multiple times in different cities . While this again located centrally and was convenient to travel from our office, I had a very bad experience at the front desk. I found the reception staff a bit too rude (dont want to name the lady). They also charged ~300BR for minibar without checking and when i raised it, they removed it without checking. Breakfast was decent. Room service is very slow. Rooms are standard, nothing special. Beds are okay. Security is decent at the hotel.
