Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center

I usually don't rate hotels, but I had an incredible experience here recently on a work trip. The airport shuttle service was very frequent and very fast. Every single employee , from the front desk to the breakfast staff, were incredibly kind and gave excellent service! I felt like everyone went a little above and beyond to make my stay warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was really clean and had a lot of amenities, and they had a wonderful restaurant that had great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I definitely would stay here again for a work trip.

Hotel Review: Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center After a long day of travel from the East Coast, we arrived at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center feeling tired and a bit out of sorts—but Crystal at the front desk quickly turned that around. Her warm, enthusiastic welcome and genuine excitement about our honeymoon made all the difference. She not only checked us in quickly and got us into our room early, but also surprised us with a personalized note and thoughtful treats to help us celebrate. Her kindness set the tone for a great start to our trip. The hotel itself had everything we needed, and Crystal made sure we were informed about all the amenities. Her hospitality really stood out and made our stay feel special. The only downside to our visit was the unexpected fire alarm that went off late on our final night. While we completely understand that accidents happen—and thankfully, no one was hurt—it was concerning that no hotel staff came to update or guide the guests who had evacuated. It was another guest who took the initiative to speak with the firefighters and inform everyone that it was safe to return to our rooms. A bit more communication in that moment would have been appreciated. Despite that hiccup, our overall experience at the Hilton was a positive one, and we’re especially grateful to Crystal for going above and beyond. 4.2/5

The Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center may have been a nice property at one time, but it's very run down at this point. We stayed here for one night after missing our connection. I was shocked at how gross the armchairs in the room were. Both chairs were completely soiled with what appeared to be urine. I told our five year old daughter not to sit in them or even place her backpack in them. The room also smelled very bad. Immediately our daughter was asking why the room smells so bad. I didn't have an answer for her. We were in room 2121 if management is interested in replacing the armchairs. I'll attach some photos, but the chairs are much worse in person.
