Rooms very nice, general staff friendly and accommodating. Executive lounge needs more work and staff at gym aren’t very helpful. In hotel dining is good, I like the robot aspect of the hotel, see them everywhere and they are quite cute. Would be good to have live chat on the Hilton app with this hotel too, which surprisingly it does not have.

Very well-located, clean hotel. We booked a standard room, which was clean upon arrival and left a well-maintained impression. The only issues we encountered were the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom — we had to throw our wet towels on the floor — and some of the bathroom tiles, which need replacing as they are starting to show mold. Regarding noise: since the hotel is close to a busy street, car horns can be heard day and night. I’d recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast buffet is quite large, but it’s more Chinese-style than Western or European. For us, this was a big downside, as we can’t eat much in the morning, especially not full meals. Other than that, the stay was fine. The staff were always helpful and tried their best, although we had to carry our luggage to the room ourselves at check-in. 😅😅😅

I really don’t recommend this hotel. It was a very bad experience for me. The service was poor, and the worst part was the front desk staff. On the day I checked out, they asked me to leave a review on Trip.com. Since I had never used Trip.com before, I wasn’t sure how to write a review, so I asked them for guidance. However, the hotel staff took my phone and submitted the review themselves without my permission. That review cannot be deleted or edited on Trip.com, and I feel that their behavior was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. I did not receive good service from this hotel at all. That said, the housekeeping staff was very kind and polite.
