I was a guest at the Holtes from April 16, 2025, to April 21, 2025. The hotel is very beautifully located, and if time permits, you can take a walk directly at the harbor and in the Sea World Culture @ Art Center. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and courteous. You are always greeted with a smile. The interaction is very respectful, and all questions are answered very promptly. Mr. Martin Liang, the Executive Lounge Agent, and his team are very attentive in all matters. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, even for me as a vegetarian. The selection is extraordinary. The rooms are very clean. I had a room on the 12th floor (1204) with a view of the harbor. A very beautiful view. The room had a shower and a bathtub and was very spacious. Water is available free of charge in the rooms at all times. The Executive Lounge is located on the 15th floor and offers snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks daily from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On the 15th floor, there is a rooftop bar, which, however, was not very busy during my stay. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit and can highly recommend it.
The hotel is located very well next to restaurants and the rooms were very big and comfortable, large bed, large bathrooms, beautiful balcony and a living room. the staff was so nice and helpful. one of the best experiences I had. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay
Such a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views… we got upgraded corner room with both sides of glass walls and balcony overseeing the sea and layers of beautiful hills of Hongkong island from afar. With the walkway stretched around the sea, i can see all the water sport activity happening. The room is clean, with great bathtub and speed water to fill up quickly, modern toilets and super soft bathrobe. Breakfast variety also great, lounge at 15 floor are free. Beautiful swimming pool and huge coffee shop area at lobby. Definitely place to enjoy both for business and leisure trip and will definitely come back nx time am in Shenzhen.
