Rain Tuo in the lobby is one of the greatest people ever. He has helped me so much during my stay here. I occurred a huge problem with my food delivery order he helped me figure it out right away. 5/5 service, 5/5 manners, 5/5 respectful, 5/5 hospitality.

The Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is a fantastic new hotel! The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the views of the harbor or city skyline are simply breathtaking. The swimming pool area is a highlight – it's spacious, clean, and offers both indoor and outdoor options. The executive lounge is a great place to relax and unwind, with plenty of comfortable seating and a good selection of snacks and drinks. And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet! It's absolutely incredible, with a huge variety of both Western and Chinese dishes to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Shenzhen.

The hotel is very far from the city centre and airport. Room are new, spacious, clean, and fairly maintained. Staff lack hospitality sense and not courteous. Breakfast area is usually crowded and poorly managed in terms of cleanliness and table allotment. You can see guests arguing with each other and staff out of confusion, and unfortunately, staff also lacks english conversation skills. Check-in, Check-out and billing system is pathetic. According to my experience, it is not as per Hilton standard. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
