Hilton Sofia

We stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel looks nice, modern, and clean. Location is also good. Breakfast was pretty good and the restaurant staff were friendly and quick. The Regale Bar was cozy, and the guys there made great cocktails. We ordered room service a couple of times—food was good and came fast. Housekeeping did a very good job. We had a small issue with housekeeping/reception on the first day, but the general manager Mr. Stephan Reiter handled it in a friendly and professional manner. Overall, a good place to stay in Sofia.

The service from this hotel was wonderful. From hospitality, to check in, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Kayolan in hospitality, Vaselina in hospitality and Emilia in housekeeping. All were amazing. A special shout out to Emilia for making little teddy bears and rabbits out of towels and wash clothes! They made us feel special! Staff were some of the best, including check in and the bar! I stayed 1 night at this hotel. Without a doubt I can say that the stay was very pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious especially that I could enjoy it in a beautiful terrace🥰 I cannot forget to say about the beautiful chandelier in the reception area-stunning!🥰
