Hilton Sorrento Palace

We recently stayed here and we were more than impressed. We weren’t originally sure about the location since we were traveling with two little kids but it was definitely worth it. We did have to take taxis to go to town since it was the middle of a hot summer but otherwise it would’ve been a nice walk to town. They had a kids club at the pool the my kids just loved. Their breakfast was SO GOOD! They had so many options and even had a breakfast section for kids. The staff was always so kind and helpful. The room were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

One of the most consistently opulent Hiltons without being gaudy. The front desk staff were consistently helpful especially when we thought we didnt have any options for last minute dinner reservations, last minute airport transportation, etc. The gentleman who helped the most was Daniele. The rooms and bathrooms were surprisingly spacious for europe. The choices of restaurants for dinner and the swimming pool were at the level of all inclusive resorts. The views from all of them were the best! The only downside was that there was no ice machine on our floor but the front desk staff remedied that by sending a bucket up immediately. If i return to Sorrento, it will be back to this Hilton

Let's start with the breathtaking view. The panoramic vista of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius from the hotel is absolutely incredible and worth every penny. Waking up to that every morning was a dream. The hotel itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart are the amenities. With four great restaurants*m, there is an amazing variety of excellent food for every palate. We had an unforgettable dinner at La Terrazza, the food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and we were miraculously treated to a spectacular fireworks display over the bay due to a local holiday. With a live singer and musician performing a perfect selection of songs, the evening was pure romance and magic. Other highlights include: The Pool: An absolute oasis! It's the perfect place to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings. The Buffet Breakfast: This is the gold standard! The variety is top-tier, with every possible delicious option you could imagine. The fact that a **talented piano player** provides a charming ambiance while you eat elevates it to a whole new level of luxury. The Staff: Every single team member we encountered was professional, kind, and wore a genuine, smiling face. The service was always quick and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued. We genuinely did not want to leave. The Hilton Palace Sorrento is the full package: a perfect location, world-class amenities, exquisite dining, and staff who operate the entire place with flawless excellence. It’s clear that immense care goes into maintaining the property and running the operation. We had an absolute blast and will be dreaming of our return. Thank you for an unforgettable experience
