From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were warmly welcomed by Tara, who greeted us with a kind and genuine smile. Upon request, she was able to accommodate an upgrade to a higher floor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The elevator ride was quiet and seamless, and our first impression of the room was exceptional—spotlessly clean and well-prepared. Kudos to the housekeeping team. Without a doubt, the highlight of our experience was the outstanding service provided by Tara—she truly went above and beyond and deserves the highest recognition.

Everyone at the front desk is so professional and helpful. Marissa at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Thank you Marissa. The food was very good and very attentive service. Kim at the restaurant was amazing and she also went above and beyond her duties to make sure my food was perfect and accommodated me with my seating preference. THE ROOMS, not that nice. They are definitely dated, some rooms are better than other rooms, but the decor is dark and the bathroom lighting needs to be better. The rugs in some rooms are stained, so make sure you get the right room. They don't have a business center, but you can email the front desk to get things printed and then they can make copies and email you back, although it's a hassle, they do accommodate.

Came to St. Pete for a fishing trip, and after a long day on the water, all we wanted was a hot shower. For the price Hilton charges, you’d expect at least that. Instead, we walked into a bathtub full of filthy carpet shampoo water, a clogged drain, and no working shower for the first hour and a half of our stay. It took 45 minutes just to get someone to the room, and another 30 to clean and fix the issue. Meanwhile, we’re paying hundreds a night for a room that looks more like a glorified Motel 6 — outdated, basic, and not worth the premium. To make matters worse, the night desk staff had a terrible attitude. I politely asked to switch rooms (without even sitting on the bed), and she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. The only saving grace? The bar. It stays open late, the bartender was awesome, and the portions were fair — though be prepared to pay stadium prices for a basket of fries and a beer. No complimentary anything. Nice-looking hotel, but looks are deceiving. Hilton should be embarrassed.
