Great location. We had a wonderful stay. The staff is quite knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Bonus tip: if you’re a gold or diamond member you can use your daily credit for the Starbucks coffee that they serve on site on the first floor. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. Also the fact that there is no valet parking and you can park right in front of the hotel was a big plus for us. Access to the Carillon park trail was closed when we stayed which was a bummer.
The property was renovated less than 2 years ago and is nice. The restaurant is lovely and inviting. The wait staff and hostess staff were phenomenal. The food was definitely 8 out of 10, if not closer to 9. It was delicious. I had the Mediterranean Sea bass, highly recommended. The only knock is the location. Restaurant options and entertainment in the area leave some desires.
It was a decent stay. The outdoor areas are very nice an I love the location. Our room did have a musty smell and our sheets had a stain. My biggest complaint though is the boardwalk is shut down and there was no notice about it on the hotel website. The nature walk was my primary reason for booking at this location so I was disappointed that we could not experience it.
