Hilton Strasbourg

Favorite hotel during vacation. The food was great, the room was extremely comfortable. Very close to the tram station. I think the staff were the most professional and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and I really want to stay here again!

It’s a little older here but what can you do about it. It’s in a gorgeous area and walking distance from the center and has AC in the rooms. Not as strong as the USA but it’s doable. My room started making weird noises at night time and they quickly were able to accommodate my brother and I since he has a health condition and needs to be able to stay cool. Some things were still dirty like the bathtub had a booger on it that I know wasn’t mine and the shower kept leaking and causing a water mess. They got us a new room so fast even though they’re super booked. Such great service and they’re so kind. I can’t thank them enough to make sure my last night was comfortable.

Room was okay. Slightly run down , nothing crazy but I’d have expected a little more. The shower door still had soap spots on it so that tells me it wasn’t cleaned very well. The rest of the place was pretty clean and it’s a 20 minute walk from everything you’d want to see which is convenient to me. Parking was easy and Also very convenient. There’s a Vietnamese restaurant that’s a 10 minute walk highly recommend ! Staff was nice. We had a view of the cathedral out our window and loved it.
