Just stayed 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious, bed very comfy and very nice with a big walk in closet. Check-in was nice, quick and friendly. Hotel is located an 1 minute walk from the Metro - very convenient. I also want to extend special thanks to “Ocean” (I think that was her nickname) at the breakfast restaurant. She was always very friendly, cheerful and super service minded - making my stay even more memorable. I can highly recommend Hilton Suzhou whether for business or leisure. As for myself, I will in fact be back next week.
One of the best hotel to stay when you are in Suzhou. They have spacious room, service is great and wide selection of breakfast with some local cuisine.
Nice hotel in Suzhou. Stayed here for a week. Good spread for breakfast buffet. Some more options for veg could have been better. Staff are very warm and courteous, and helpful to find nearby restaurants, book cabs for airport and train stations. Most of them can also speak English. Rooms are good, nice bed, bathroom and work desk. TV channels in English are limited, no options to view Amazon Prime or Netflix or Cast phone to TV. The robot room service was pretty impressive.
