The hotel is located in a relatively newly developed area, about 30 minutes from Suzhou Station, or a fare of 70 yuan. There is a newly renovated shopping mall nearby with many dining options. Next to a small lake, it's a leisurely walk. When checking in with the Diamond Card, the hotel provided an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious and the interior quality was good. A welcome fruit plate, afternoon tea and HH service in the lounge are also provided. The food items are also of a high standard. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the breakfast service in the lobby on the first floor. How to judge whether a guest leaves his seat to get a meal instead of leaving after eating is the first lesson. Also, the table cleaning was not thorough enough. It could barely be considered as clearing the plates, not cleaning the used tables and seats. Room service only has Western food ordering options. It is recommended to add a few Chinese meals. The gym equipment is good, but the water quality of the swimming pool seems to be a little worse. Overall, this is a good value for money hotel, and it is worth arranging to stay for a day or two and have a good rest!
