The Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake is not exactly close to any sightseeing locations but as the name suggests close to the Yinshan lake. We received a beautiful upgrade to a suite with lake view and the amenities in the suite were fantastic: Highly luxurious, modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the food in the executive lounge and in the breakfast restaurant are decent. We will certainly be back.
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake. Took a Didi from Pudong Airport (RMB 450), which took about 2 hours. We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite with a Lakefront View, and the experience was exceptional. The room was phenomenal,very new, modern, and spacious at approximately 1,000 sq. ft. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breathtaking lake view made the stay even more special. Check-in was seamless, and most staff members spoke English. However, they were a little shy and could be more approachable. Breakfast had a good selection and wasn’t too crowded. The Executive Lounge on the 21st floor operates from 6 PM to 8 PM for cocktails and dinner, offering a sufficient variety of food. Overall, a fantastic stay,we’d definitely consider returning!
