The hotel is well located and has a great swimming pool on the 32nd floor. The view from the pool is spectacular. In addition, the executive lounge is spacious and has great view as well. The staff members at the lounge club were very considerate and wonderful in preparing customized vegetarian meals for us during the evening happy hours. I would recommend this Hilton without any reservation.

Their English communication is excellent, which made everything smooth and comfortable for international guests like myself. Every little detail, from the comfortable bedding to the spacious bathroom, made the experience feel luxurious. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience. Each day, a wide range of freshly prepared dishes and desserts is available. Whether you prefer local Taiwanese delicacies or international cuisine, there’s something for every palate. The breakfast buffet in particular stood out abundant, diverse, and absolutely delicious. For those who love to stay active, the gym is well equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool offers a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring the city or attending meetings. It’s the perfect balance of work and leisure. The hotel’s location in New Taipei City is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Hilton Taipei Sinban effortlessly combines comfort, luxury, and excellent service. I truly felt at home here and would gladly return. I really appreciated this suite for making our family trip perfect. The swimming pool is beautiful with an amazing Taipei view. The lounge offers great food and drink options. The front desk staff and the online team, especially Lina and Jason, were super helpful. Overall, it’s a fantastic 5-star hotel in Taipei.
