Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore

Stephen & Pablo at the front and the director Stephen were all great! My stay in my room was amazing. Jim and Magna at the bar were the best! Wish I could have a Jim at every restaurant! I’d literally stay there again just so he can serve me! When I say outstanding customer service from these individuals, I mean it! Also, the Presidential Suite is definitely worth it if you’re thinking about it booking! Thank you all for a great experience because I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here at this Hilton after arriving late from a flight and all the staff were wonderful. First thing, they kept the kitchen open for us when they were getting ready to close so we could order dinner since we had no food on our 4 hour flight. The next morning we were greeted by Pablo, Todd and Adita helping us with our transportation and making sure we got our breakfast. All the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Rooms were large and super clean with modern decor. Very nice hotel!

The men who operate the Cafe Breeze were very polite and friendly. The lady at the front desk was amazing and helpful. I don’t travel much so I appreciated their patience with all my questions about the area.
