I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tangier Al Houara. The property is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and just steps from the beach. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They even surprised us for my husband’s birthday, which made our stay extra special. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with plenty of fresh options. I also enjoyed the pool area, perfect for relaxing. This hotel offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and Moroccan hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!
What an amazing stay! 🌟 I traveled alone, but from the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcome. This hotel truly deserves its 5 stars – so beautiful, so peaceful, and the perfect place to completely unwind. The staff truly deserve all the credit. Everyone was super friendly, spoke excellent English, and did everything to make my stay unforgettable. At the pool, Ayoub helped me so much. He is so kind and always makes sure I have everything I need – absolutely wonderful! In the restaurant, I always enjoyed sitting outside, especially because Mohamed was there. He is always positive, full of energy, and constantly checks if you need anything. Such a hard worker and an amazing personality! Thanks to them, I never felt alone for a moment. Everything was just perfect. I will 100% be coming back!
So stayed there for a week half board. First day room not ready by 4.00pm as stated on their booking. Had to wait until 4.30pm. Dinner states open at 7.00pm. Went down for dinner not ready until around 7.20pm. Second day was a wasp in my bowl at breakfast. We went out put service on door came back at 5.00pm room still not serviced. Had to wait around 5.30pm until room got serviced before we could access room. Wrote emails with pictures. Hotel accepts faults and sub standard service. Only resolution come back at discount and vip service. Explained that cannot travel for a while. Although, the accept all issues raised no other resolution apart from come back on discounted rate!!!! Even they know cannot travel for a while. In the week asked concierge about any other taxi so rude her response " you have paid so much for the rooms and you cannot afford 40 dollars" totally disgusting. Totally ruined the holiday, senior staff at complaints not bothered, although they accept responsibility.
