Hilton Tashkent City

have been here many times. But there is always only one bathrobe and slippers in the room. The key card does not work before check-out time. I have to go to the front desk every time and get angry. The staff often gives wrong directions to dinner place. I can't understand. Are they not Hilton staff? And the pool is big and has a nice view but there is no swimming equipment. Other hotel pools have various swimming equipment for children and adults. This is a must. When I visited recently, a man who can't swim used a life buoy. And the staff stopped him right away. I felt bad for the customer. You should prepare swimming equipment before stopping the customer. There is a life guard chair but no lifeguard at all.

Modern and well located hotel. Service staff is generally willing but lacks experience and drive. Both restaurants are convenient and serve non-thrill standard hotel food - could be more creative. Views from the 21 Restaurant are stunning. Carefully review your invoice upon departure to avoid additional room charges. The reception adds charge for rooms with view to the City Park without informing the client before. I may try a different hotel chain next time in Tashkent.

I was walking by the hotel, very unfriendly staff and security guy, who told me not to walk from here. I didn’t know in Uzbekistan you can’t walk by hotel??? If you are trying to see the beauty of real uzbeks and our culture pls don’t choose this ignorant and arrogant hotel. We do have other amazing hotels in the town who make you feel you are home and safe.
