Being close to the airport with 6 bags of luggage, the free shuttle was amazing for our departure at NRT. The staff was amazing and helpful! Rooms may be a bit older style but comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was decent with a large variety. Would stay here again prior to flying out of NRT. It is far from “tourist” things so keep that in mind.
THEY DESERVE 10 STARS! I cannot speak more highly of the staff of this hotel. My husband and I got sick when we arrived in Tokyo and the staff here took SUCH GREAT CARE of us. They provided a translator to accompany us to the hospital and she stayed with us all day! They made special meals for us. They checked on us. ANYTHING we needed, they provided, and all free of charge. The staff really care about you and your well being. We would not have made it without them. The room we had was spacious and clean. The room service was fast and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel had a convenient store for drinks and snacks etc. It’s close to Omotesando street which is a super cool street to visit near the Temples. If you are in Narita, this is the place to stay!
Older hotel but well taken care of. Convenient via shuttle bus to Narita Airport, and some lovely architectural touches such as a central water landscape.
