Hilton Toronto

I stayed at Hilton Toronto for both work and play—a day with a friend, followed by five days of conference. The room was spacious and clean, though freezing cold. No matter what I set the thermostat to, it would not warm up. However, when I asked for extra blankets, they immediately brought them up. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The location is excellent—within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. No Starbucks nearby, but I could buy individual cold Starbucks coffee at their “market” (though they ran out of mocha!) Their food was delicious, though very expensive. Their indoor/outdoor salt water pool was fantastic. Their staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. The meeting rooms are great. In all, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

They provided me with an upgrade on the room because of Hilton Honors status. Good view and the location is right in the center of downtown - near to everything. The restaurant is nice and has a buffet, though the breakfast menu was exactly same each day. Has good amenities like a swimming pool and a sauna. Unfortunately, I had no time to use either.

The hotel is gorgeous, perfect location, impeccably clean. But for me personally, the service is way above 5 stars, absolutely amazing! The best front staff I have ever experienced. I was booked in a room on the top floor, but my fear of heights got to me. Bali at the front changed me to a lower floor. She was so kind and gentle with me shaking in tears. The concierge gentleman Liam so sweetly went up to room and got my stuff so I didn't have to fight my anxiety. I was quite embarrassed, but both Bali & Liam handled everything so quickly and professionally with awesome smiles, they made me feel so much better. Hilton, your lucky to have these staff members on your team! Great job! I will definitely make this my go to hotel when traveling in the future!.
