Hilton Turin Centre

Grazie for a wonderful hotel stay and experience! My family was in Turin for the week, and we honestly loved our time at the Hilton! The location of the hotel was great, and from the moment we walked into the beautiful lobby, we knew that this was going to be a good experience. From the beautiful rooms and decor in the lobby and throughout, to the wonderful hospitality of all of the staff. When you stay for a week at any hotel, you obviously get to know some of the staff. But I must say that from Day 1 when we met Ugo in the bar/dining area, he made us feel like family! In fact, it was sad to say goodbye to our new friend. He is PHENOMENAL at what he does. We loved the breakfasts each morning, as it was a wonderful way to start our daily adventures. My family would highly recommend this hotel, and we plan to stay again in the future!

Excellent location and great hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the front desk. We could easily walk around and to the trams. We walked everywhere and always felt safe walking back to the hotel. The room itself is very spacious with a nice sitting area before the bed. Breakfast was included and had a nice spread and choices. I would stay at this hotel again when coming back to Turin.

As a former luxury hotel manager, this hotel is superb. Excellent quality, clean, and some of the friendliest service I experienced in Italy, a people not overly warm to tourists in many cities. Excellent breakfast quality; go for the rates including breakfast. I had a terrible stay at another hotel in a different city, and I went back to this one to rescue my week! Highly recommended.
