Upon arrival two ladies named Lina and Rihana checked us in provided good service and friendly , much appreciated .
Happy with the room and services in Hilton Urumqi hotel . The only things is not happy . I trusted the 5 stars international hotel but not the jade shop in it , jade shop named Boyaju selling fake jades with fake certificates to prove the jade is geniuses AI product . Totally lies and the owner not honest and not realisable. Hotel arranged to refund if jade sent back but ending up sending back due to owner not accepted the parcel sent . DHL tried hard to contact them but failed . It was a trap and not an acceptable behaviours. Please never ever enter those shops . Especially those foreigners like us . Noted that xinjiang nowadays lots of people are going for a holiday . Please be alert . We were the holiday group of 130 people from Australia ,
Great hotel with huge rooms, good breakfast spread and quick check in. Only drawback is that the room lack facilities to hand your towels and also your clothes when you are bathing or defecating.
